Haijiang Group has set up 15 after service offices in the whole nation, each office has a director, who takes charge of the service work in the round, including before services, sale of services, after services. Each office contains 3-6 staffs and is equipped with computers, fax, special cars for after service and "Three Guarantee "accessories. User 's opinion processing

Our company has specified the user's opinion processing programs,and has many staffs for the return visits to our customers,who are specially responsible for the return visits,collecting the customers' comments, suggestions and complaints on our products and the persons for after service. No matter in what way the customer comments,the service department will send the professional person to handle it in time, until the user is satisfied.
